  I used it to exchange new bills, but all the new bills had dirt from the machine on them. When I told the person inside, they asked me to try again, so I took it out again, but it was still dirty.   They have very poor efficiency. Every time I go in and even with the simplest paperwork, they make me wait over thirty minutes to an hour. If you are in a hurry or you want to get things done, this bank is not recommended.
