I know you can transfer money at an ATM, but I'm not good at it and there are things I want to ask, so I went to the counter and waited for my turn, but they just kept telling me to go to the ATM, and when I told them I could just go to the counter, they just snubbed me. He laughed and asked, "Then, where do you want to transfer the money?" He showed me a memo with the branch name and account number written on it, and after receiving it, he asked, "Please enter it on the touch panel over there!" Ta. When I asked what to enter, I was told it was my account number, but the teller still held the memo. When I got it back and entered it, the account number was displayed with a comma-edited amount pattern, and when I was confused, it just turned around and told me to enter the amount next. The other party's name was confirmed and I tried to tell them, but I couldn't hear them and had to say it three times. You can't hear it because you're sitting on your back! Don't you really want to process the transfer? I am not a customer at all, but a servant being ordered around. When the process is completed, I look back and say, "It's finished!" I timidly called out, ``Um...'' and received the transfer documents, ``Oh, here's the transfer statement.'' I definitely felt it would have been faster to do it at an ATM. The reason why they insist on using ATMs is probably because bank employees are not good at processing money transfers. The worker wasn't young either, but maybe he could explain things a little more kindly to the older customers. Furthermore, as I was about to leave, he stopped me and kept insisting, "You can transfer money at an ATM!" I won't come again! I wanted to scream. ::Today I opened my bank account in SMBC fukuoka. Help desk reception counter 2 females help me properly which document I required. On account opening counter female person help me to open account. She explain me all my doubts by english translation. Appreciate efforts. As foreigner my experiance was good and staff was polite to me. Thank you.

::Tried to open new account. Waiting time was too long and service was slow. It took us about 2 hours Could have been better! I have been to other banks with much better assistance.
