::wonderful service and comfortable coffee shop space. I’m happy to have hot matcha latte with almond milk and roll with shrimp&broccoli here.

::This is the best place to hang out at if you like to people watch as they have a section up front where you can sip your coffee while watching people walk down the street. This branch is fairly large. Staff are friendly and can understand English

::The standard you expect from Starbucks can be found here. The staff are friendly, the other patrons are respectful and the coffee/food is good. I had a drip coffee with melon custard donut (what they call a Malasada Melon Cream). The donut wasn’t too heavy and had a light melon flavour. The custard wasn’t eggy at all. Would definitely recommend trying.

::Each time I visit Starbucks I try to choose a new drink to try. This time I chose the seasonal drink "Rouge Frappucino" and was so impressed with the flavour. The contrast of a mild milky chocolate frappucino with a deep red berry topping was so delicious. I wish the straws were slightly wider though because it's difficult to enjoy these drinks with a thin paper straw 😫

::It's the worst Starbucks I've ever visited.I waited for a long time to tell the staff that I had not received the drink yet, and the staff, who seemed to be the manager, did not apologize and remained expressionless. Don't say a word of apology when handing over the drink after re-manufacturing. Starbucks in Japan has always remained a good memory so far, but I don't think there will be a revisit anymore. The reason why Google rating is low is understandable. Is it all if I say sorry only to Japanese customers? I think I need to take care of it. I wouldn't have left this much if I had at least been told I was sorry.
