wonderful service and comfortable coffee shop space. I’m happy to have hot matcha latte with almond milk and roll with shrimp&broccoli here.

This is the best place to hang out at if you like to people watch as they have a section up front where you can sip your coffee while watching people walk down the street. This branch is fairly large. Staff are friendly and can understand English

The standard you expect from Starbucks can be found here. The staff are friendly, the other patrons are respectful and the coffee/food is good. I had a drip coffee with melon custard donut (what they call a Malasada Melon Cream). The donut wasn’t too heavy and had a light melon flavour. The custard wasn’t eggy at all. Would definitely recommend trying.

Each time I visit Starbucks I try to choose a new drink to try. This time I chose the seasonal drink "Rouge Frappucino" and was so impressed with the flavour. The contrast of a mild milky chocolate frappucino with a deep red berry topping was so delicious. I wish the straws were slightly wider though because it's difficult to enjoy these drinks with a thin paper straw 😫

It's the worst Starbucks I've ever visited.I waited for a long time to tell the staff that I had not received the drink yet, and the staff, who seemed to be the manager, did not apologize and remained expressionless. Don't say a word of apology when handing over the drink after re-manufacturing. Starbucks in Japan has always remained a good memory so far, but I don't think there will be a revisit anymore. The reason why Google rating is low is understandable. Is it all if I say sorry only to Japanese customers? I think I need to take care of it. I wouldn't have left this much if I had at least been told I was sorry.
