  It was my first time visiting. After climbing up the narrow mountain pass, you will arrive at Komagatake Onsen. I thought the soba restaurant was in a separate building, but there is no such building. When I entered the entrance of the hot spring, the soba restaurant was right in front of me. When I take off my shoes and go up There is a ticket vending machine. There are 4 types of menu: Mori Soba, Chicken Tsuke Soba, and large servings of each. I ordered a large bowl of soba noodles. When I tried it, I noticed that it had a strong soba flavor for this season's soba. I don't think there is anything false about Juwari Soba. The soup is not too sweet and has an authentic taste. Before I came, I was worried about what kind of soba it would be, but I can recommend this one. Next time I'll try the chicken soba noodles. Thank you for the meal. I will be visiting again on November 11, 2020. This time I ordered a large serving of chicken soba for 1200 yen. The chicken dipping sauce was sad with only 3 pieces of chicken. The only condiments are chopped green onions and wasabi. I also wanted vegetables such as green onions and burdock in the dipping sauce. The soba noodles aren't bad either, but the aroma and flavor aren't quite as good as when I ate them last year. This year was a record heat wave, so maybe the crop is not good enough? However, I would like to say this strongly. I plan to come again next year.

  Enter the Komagatake Onsen Ryokan and take off your shoes ❗ Buy a meal ticket at the vending machine ❗ It's 100% delicious and I highly recommend it ❗ The soba is fragrant and the soba noodles cut right through your throat are delicious ❗ The soup is also very fragrant ❗ The chicken soba soup is quite sweet. ❗There aren't that many Mori soba noodles, so I ate some Genghis Khan at the nearby Midori-so Genghis Khan restaurant.❗How about a soba Genghis Khan set meal?❗Satisfied❗

  While touring Nyuto Onsenkyo, my companion was feeling hungry, so we looked for a place to eat nearby and came across this place using Juwari Soba. This seems to be used as a restaurant for Komagatake Onsen, so the entrance is the same. What surprised me was that there were only two types of noodles on the menu: Mori Soba and Kamo Soba. You can also buy it from the vending machine next to the front entrance. I wasn't particularly hungry, so I didn't have any expectations, but when I ate it, I was pleasantly surprised! ️ I had heard that it was 100% soba, so I was imagining a stiff country soba, but it was a beautiful white soba that had a nice texture, went down well in the throat, and was quite filling, all for 600 yen. I fell in love with it right away. I'm sure everyone's tastes are divided about this dish, which doesn't have tempura soba or even zaru soba, but for me it was a hit after a long time.

  I happened to find it on Google Maps when I was touring and looking for a hot spring near Lake Tazawa for lunch. Definitely here! However, when I arrived there, I saw an atmosphere full of anxiety from the outside. When I decided to go in, I was able to enjoy both soba noodles and hot springs in a unique atmosphere where everything was purchased as a meal ticket. The soba noodles in the photo have a large serving of chicken dipping sauce. It was delicious and I really like the atmosphere of the restaurant. The hot spring is just right, not too thick, with hot water dancing in the air, this is the hot spring! It was a nice and quiet place to park my bike. I wish there was a place like this nearby.
