  The telephone operator's response is curt and there is no flexibility in the slightest. Requests for improvement, including ease of use of EasyTrade, have not been implemented at all. Paper-based seals are still required even between holders of the same SMBC Nikko account due to asset transfer between relatives, etc.

  I use it when a company has an IR seminar. In the past, the lobby had newspapers that were hard to read elsewhere, such as the Nikkei Shimbun, Nikkei Veritas, and Nippon Securities Shimbun, which I found very useful, but I was disappointed that they were suddenly removed the other day. I guess it's a cost-cutting measure, but I'd rather have newspapers than Pepper. I've never seen anyone talk to me.
