My requirements were handled by a female office casual employee. If that person goes to the back to process the documents, A female bank employee in uniform appeared without any hesitation and began to explain iDeCo in rapid succession, which I had not even heard of. I came back from the back after completing the formalities, but apparently the first person in charge had barged in without asking me and came to the sales office. Even though I told him that I was already preparing for my retirement at another bank, he was very persistent. I was annoyed, so I openly acted in a displeased manner, but where did the wind blow? The entire caste in the office was in full view, and even though I was there for about 45 minutes, I felt like I was going to get sick to my stomach. The hierarchical relationship between bank employees is so obvious that it makes me feel the worst. I wish bank employees would behave with a little more respect for each other, even if it's just visible to customers. This time, I moved to the Fushimi branch. If you are interrupted by iDeCo sales, please call the Fushimi branch in advance. A message was left asking for your consideration. I felt fear in that customer's determination not to let anything go, no matter if he was dissatisfied or if he lost money. A uniformed bank employee whose nails were very nice. As soon as the person in charge of the current procedures leaves their desk, I never want to meet someone who interrupts my business without permission ever again.
