  The person at the counter was so wonderful that I hadn't seen such perfect customer service in a long time. Polite, kind, and fast. It also warmed my heart to have free chats with customers who seemed to be regulars (lol)

  ATMs were only open until 5pm on weekdays💦 I would like you to at least do it until 18:00 or 19:00.

  I went to cancel my contract because I no longer needed it, but they guided me very carefully and the people at the reception desk were also courteous. There were no strange extensions or solicitations, and I was honestly impressed.
