These events had a long-term impact on my mental health. Based on this experience, I would like to propose the following improvements regarding corporate social responsibility and legal compliance. 1. Provide training to ensure equal treatment and respect for all employees, including employment of people with disabilities. 3. I sincerely hope that Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and SMBC Green Service will respond with transparency and integrity and fulfill their social responsibilities to prevent this kind of experience from happening to other employees.

::Hello, dear SMBC. I’m foreigner and I’m your client for 3 years. I wanna say that maybe in Japan you are good bank. But if compare your service with other foreigners banks what you give to client is: - your internet application for phone very simple and don’t have many need things. -English language only have in some pages, all important info still in Japanese. -why don’t have in application for phone “western union” (as for example have Ukrainian bank “Privat Bank”) I think you have to watch to this bank and can take many good things from “Privat Bank”!!! -why VIP cards don’t have own staff ?? Who can help in any time, with who client can have messages in app bank. -why bank work only till 15:00? (If mostly people finish work at 17:00 how they can visit you SMBC???) -also when wanna made “cash card” it’s take to much long time procedure in bank. Why!? Is only cash card? It’s should take 30-40 min and receive card in the same day. Also SMBC YOU ARE USE TO MUCH 紙 ! I think Japan is providing everything ECO! But how much 紙 use banks is worst… -SMBC wish to you develop and creat your new application and service better and faster Faster service, more happy client, because we have more time to live happy life and work better!!! SMBC become NO1 bank 🤲
