  I just went there to open a savings account, but the staff was very responsive and gave me a much better impression than UFJ or Sumitomo Mitsui. There is a parking lot, and this branch alone would be 5 stars. However, Mizuho is hesitant to become the main bank due to its continued troubles. I was told that each passbook would cost 1,000 yen, so I had no choice but to go without a passbook. Rather than the Nada branch, I'm disappointed in the Mizuho Bank system.

  The bank staff are very responsive, so you won't have any unpleasant experiences compared to other bank services. Compared to other megabanks, I think it's good that they don't recommend financial products unnecessarily, and that elderly customers are required to bring their children with them for products that cannot be guaranteed. Mizuho Bank has far more ATM problems than other megabanks, so that is a negative point.
