::Comfortable, ski-in, ski-out. Good breakfast and dinner buffets with excellent food and many choices. Carpet in rooms and hallways is in need of replacing.

::Good food if you have breakfast and dinner included in your tariff. A range of Japanese dishes and salads. More than enough food. Beautiful onsen. Can see fish in the adjacent pond. Convenient ski locker. Short walk to cable ropeway. Competent and friendly staff.

::Good free courtesy bus service. Onsens are great. Decor is dated however clean and comfortable. Overall good value and experience.

::I think the restaurant maitre is a little impolite. we are 5 people. He took us to a karaoke room which is very narrow. My family is like isolated(it's really unconvenient). And we told to him, he changed the seat with impatient attitude. This feeling is uncomfortable. 😮💨

::A nice ski resort operated by the Prince Group. Though the facilities a bit aged, it is still well maintained. The ski slopes are in good variety but more for experienced skiiers rather than beginners. The hot spring area, as many has pointed out, is nice but small, so if your time is flexible, suggest to avoid the peak hour.
