::THE Tonkotsu! ! I really like it! Excellent compatibility with thin noodles! I couldn't help but ask for a replacement... The fried rice is also rich and delicious.

::Rich pork bone ramen is the signature menu Pork bone ramen with a thick and viscous soup that was all the rage about 15 years ago. Apparently they don't use any vegetables at all and make the soup with just pork bones. You can choose between ultra-thin noodles and curly noodles. Hardness can also be ordered. You can also order a certain amount of back fat. Do ultra-thin noodles have a lower water content? It doesn't have a slippery texture and blends well with the soup. The taste is rich and there is not much smell. There is no garlic smell, so you can enjoy the flavor of pork bones. On the counter are ground sesame seeds, pickled ginger, mustard mustard greens, and mustard greens. It's been a while since I saw Takana that wasn't spicy. I like this one. There is no kaeshi for extra noodles, but there is fish meal furikake for ramen, and using this will increase the viscosity of the soup. The flavor is also improved

::[Revisited in July 2023] Since my first visit, I've only been eating rich pork bones, so this day I decided to go with the simple niboshi pork bones. Like the rich pork bones, you can choose between curly noodles or extra-thin noodles. Of course, with ultra-fine burikata. Since it is extremely thin, we recommend a burikata or higher. It was a delicious ramen with a strong pork bone flavor without the unpleasant taste of dried sardines. [First visit in 2021] If you want to eat 100% pork bone ramen around Toyonaka, this is the place. This is my first visit in a year. It says it's rich, but it's definitely a well-cooked pork bone soup that's incredibly thick. It has a strong taste, but I don't think it's too salty. You can choose curly noodles or thin noodles. I have only ever ordered thin noodles, It's quite thin, so I recommend a katame size or larger. It might be okay to use a wire or powder remover. It's a little strong, but it has a strong pork bone smell, and the ultra-thin noodles are a nice touch. There is also a light version of niboshi pork bones.

::The reviews said it was strong, so I went for the light sardine ramen. The curly noodles are easy to eat and delicious. The char siu bowl (mini) is also seasoned with the sauce and has just the right amount of flavor. This is the only tonkotsu ramen shop around Toyonaka Station, so I hope it stays open for a long time.

::This place has tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen, which is my favorite. However, this place is a bit different, in that their broth is made from only pork bone (most include a number of other ingredients and vegetables for flavoring), making the soup very thick and creamy, almost like a gravy. Very rich, it may be too much for some people, but I loved it. The chashew is also great, full of flavor and it melts in your mouth without being too greasy (though given the broth, it might be difficult for it to be too greasy). You also can choose from two kinds of noodles and select the firmness of those noodles, which for a first time person may be a bit too much choice, but the staff are ready to give recommendations. It also has your fairly standard ramen shop side dishes, which are pretty good for the most part. The karage (fried chicken) wasn't the best I had, but that's more due to the style of karage.
