::We didn’t care for the meat but the cabbage, baribari, was crisp and well flavored. The ‘horumon’ was beef which isn’t something we often eat or as we found today, enjoy. Most of the meat seemed to dry out before it was cooked or browned, even though I prefer my meat rare. When the super fatty beef chitlins flared up, the fire was too hot and anything above the oil fire was blackened with soot, but otherwise things were slow to cook. They had what looked like good charcoal and it came well fired up, but maybe too thin and too little mass to generate enough infrared heat. My wife and I were unimpressed and don’t plan to go back, but a lot of people seem to like it and reservations were full from 7:00pm. If you decide to try it, I can really only recommend the cabbage or Kemuri salad. The lamb was also good, the thick sliced salt lamb.
