::It was a weekday lunch, but it was very crowded. You can wait in the car and they will call you when it's your turn. Soba is the main dish, and although there are a la carte dishes, there is nothing else on the menu other than soba, so it may not be suitable for families with children. All the staff members are very personable and very friendly. The soba noodles are very delicious and it feels like a long-established restaurant. The price may be a little high. *2024/10/25 A photo of the current menu is also attached.

::It's been a while since I last visited! It was delicious. This time I ordered a large serving of Kashiwa Seiro. Large servings have become more expensive over time, costing an additional 300 yen. But I guess it's not much. . .

::I received Tenmori. Please enjoy the freshly fried food😊, so the tempura arrived first. The shrimp tempura is crispy and plump. The soba soup is always strong and delicious. When I visited for the first time in a while, the menu seemed to have changed a bit. ____________________________________________ New soba started on September 23rd.

::I heard that a disciple of Master Takahashi was running a handmade soba restaurant called ``Ofuku'' along Inada Street in Obihiro, so I stopped by to check it out on my way home. However, there are many disciples of Meijin Takahashi (currently the owner of Daruma Sekka Sanbo in Hiroshima Prefecture) in Hokkaido, and there are many famous shops such as Shoshian, Nakamura, Kikoan, Toya Daruma, and Date Okina. is. Well, the first dish I stopped by on my way home was a seasonal cold soba with asparagus and eggplant tempura, and I had a large serving of soba. The noodles are 28 thin noodles with a nice, neat shape that goes down smoothly. The tempura had long asparagus pieces that were juicy and delicious. (Although it was too long to hold with chopsticks...) The tsuyu was ripe and had a good flavor even after being spread out with a thick soba soup. The second item was something I stopped by on my way back from my parents' house because I really wanted to try some warm soba noodles. I ordered oyster soba, which you don't often find at soba restaurants in Hokkaido, and I really liked the beautifully bound egg and thick soup. (I also like udon noodles for oyster balls.) Warm soba noodles with thin noodles spread quickly, so personally, I prefer slightly thicker noodles for warm soba noodles. But the soba here is delicious!
