::This hotel is one of my best travel staying experiences. It has warm and helpful staffs, always with smiles. One staff here 五反田-san is so helpful and nice with our dinner suggestion and reservations . The breakfast here is also one of the best one in Japan. Must try!

::Very great hotel! We also had a little issue with are reservation and the staff were awesome. They did their best to accommodate us, which ended up perfectly good. The room was great, cleaning was great to. The buffet is very big so you can have different kind of food.

::I did not stay at this hotel. However, their shops and restaurants are amazing! Lots of great souvenirs at relatively reasonable prices, a great bakery, bars with their in-house brewed beer, and amazing views of the city. It's a tourist attraction in itself!

::Beautiful hotel with even more stunning views. We were welcomed with great hospitality as they helped us with our bags and informed us of the semi-complicated hotel layout. It is surrounded by a lush, healthy forest home to lots of birds of prey that you can see swooping and hunting right outside your hotel window. The view of Sakurajima is absolutely breathtaking on sunny days when you can clearly see the smoke plume from the mighty volcano. We were lucky to experience some fireworks in the distance during our visit as well! I didn’t love the face products as my face was sensitive to the essential oils and caused inflammation, but enjoyed the large bath and shower.

::An impressive resort-style hotel overlooking the city of Kagoshima with excellent views of Sakurajima volcano (if you’re on the front side of the hotel). Disappointed with the standard of cleanliness in our bathroom - the basin and shower have clearly not been cleaned properly. Well appointed room - very comfortable.
