  I stayed in thier single room with breakfast included. Staffs are very friendly and always has smile on their face. Room is great with balcony in the room. There are some onsen pack in the lobby which aloow you to enjoy onsen in the bathroom. Breakfast is soso. When I checking out, a staff gave me a warm pack to me to remind me weather is cold today although we have language barrier, I feel very warm. very impressive!

  The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially at the reception and the cleaning ladies). The problem for us was that the rooms were smelly. The first room we were given smelled like wet dog (we figure its the carpet but we are not sure). We raised the problem at the reception and were given another room. The second room was also smelly but not as much as the first one. We didnt ask for another room as we were already tired and didnt want to make a fuss. The towels were also extremly smelly. Also the concept of the rooms was very odd. We had 2 bathtubs. One of them was inside the room taking up a lot of space.

  We picked this hotel due to its central location close to Tenmonkan shopping street with many eating and drinking places all around, as well as the availability of the parking garage at Y1000 per day. We got the largest room on this floor which is a Japanese room with tatami floor and futon beds. It's great for a full Japanese experience but may not be suitable for every foreigner. Plenty of amenities available too. Overall a pleasant 2 night stay in Kagoshima city.

  A very nice hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. There are washing machines so we could do laundry. It also has a beautiful aquarium at the entrance.

  Amazing hotel for its price! There are laundry machines in two floors, it costs 200 yen for the washer and 100 yen for 20 minutes in the dryer. Most no importantly, unlike other hotels, there’s very good noise isolation between the rooms. The balcony is very big, and also the bathroom has a full size bath, and not half like in most Japanese style hotels. The shower tap and the water tap are not connected thankfully. Hot water with great pressure, bed is very comfortable, staff were extremely welcoming and nice. I sent my suitcase here and they kept it well. They have massage services for comfortable prices, and the hotel is a walking distance from the docks and the main street.
