::Highly recommended if you like wasting your time and bad customer service. Got in at 11:20 on a wednesday, get told to wait in line without even being asked what my business was. I simply wanted to change my registered hanko. As 2nd in line, I wait a full 55 minutes, only to be repeatedly told that I still need to wait my turn. It's a simple 1 sheet procedure. Will find a new bank shortly.
