  Due to corporate procedures, I was forced to wait for more than an hour. I had to wait too long, so when I checked, I was told that it would be the next one, and then I was called the fourth one.

  Yokohama east exit. It is located on the 1st floor above ground. There are 7 ATMs, 1 for bookkeeping and 1 for currency exchange. (Exchange fees will be charged depending on the number of coins) There is a lottery ticket office outside.

  The worst bank and staff I ever seen in my life , Very bossy staff and very bad customer service. The think themselves as god and we are their slaves . The worst bank ever seen. Failed stuff failed service .

  Not a big fan of Mizuho Bank. They take themselves a bit too seriously. I try to avoid them when I can.
