::A lot of dispatched workers come here to do the sorting work, but there is no proper manual and the methods vary depending on the employee. Therefore, there are various ways to convey information to dispatchers. Mistakes are made because I just do the sorting work without being given detailed instructions. Even if you do as instructed, other people will warn you. Therefore, many people quit as soon as they get tired of it, and new staff come in every day, so the same thing happens over and over again. And there's a power-harassed old man in the manager's class who's a big abuser, but no one can go against him. If you're unlucky enough to be in the same space, everyone gets yelled at at random, so it's super awkward. What's it like to be in a company with a boss who's having a showa style vibe in the Reiwa era? ``Smartphones are not allowed to be brought in'' and ``people are made to write an oath not to talk about what happened at the scene.'' The secretive nature of this kind of situation is what creates these kinds of scenes. How about some improvement? If a video was taken and brought to a TV station, you'd be fired instantly and no one would be dispatched, right? We are still recruiting people and there aren't enough people.

::I bought an ICOCA commuter pass at Morinomiya Station on the Loop Line. Until Ryugujo Station. However, I was surprised to see that a casino was currently being constructed at the Expo site. It's like Ocean's Eleven. I guess the equipment comes from the United States. Air route

::*Post office bullying is terrible. We are dispatched to sort Yu-Pack parcels until the end of December. During the mid-year gift season and the busy season for mail-order sites, there are about 30 kg of items such as rice and beer, which are piled up on eternal pallets as they flow down the lanes. Even though it's winter, it's hard work that makes you sweat so much that even if you're wearing a hoodie, you'll be sweating like salt. I'm surprised at the difference in the treatment of direct employment and temporary employment. I work from 10pm to 7pm. Everyone has an hour of unpaid break, a so-called meal break. For direct employment, there are three additional 15-minute breaks. Dispatch only allows one additional 10 minute break. And! I went on a one-hour break from 2:00 to 3:00, and then, 15 minutes later, at 3:15, I was forced to go on a 10-minute break because of some kind of harassment. After that, I was unable to rehydrate for about 4 hours. Of course, you won't be able to take a short break or rehydrate during the 4 hours until the 1 hour break. Direct employees are given 3 well-balanced 15 minute breaks. I can only be surprised that in this day and age, a large company like the post office would discriminate against dispatchers like this. Don't the post offices consider dispatchers to be people?

::I'm a traveller and wanted to receive a package while in Japan, I used to kyokudome service to pick it up here. I can't exactly recommend doing this as the office is VERY far out from the center, and it's a very industrial, not so pretty region. However receiving the package was not a hassle at all, I had it in 5min, so the service I got here was very good, everyone was friendly.
