  The Yu-Yu counter is open until 9pm, which is helpful. The registered mail I requested at 8:30pm will arrive tomorrow. I was able to pay with PayPay.

  The bicycle delivery men generally drive roughly and often ignore traffic rules. I don't know if they're particularly busy at lunchtime or if they want to eat lunch early, but... It's common for people to run around on the right side of the sidewalk or road at incredible speeds, making people avoid them. I think I'll have an accident someday. Even though it has been privatized, the quality is very poor. Yamato and Sagawa deliver much better. Please educate me about traffic rules.

  Very helpful staff, they were very patient even though I didn’t speak any Japanese and helped me send a package internationally back home.
