  Very excellent hotel, Wi fi is slow. Rooms are clean but not maintained properly Shower knob not working,wash basin not cleaned. Towels are smaller size. Very crowded @breakfast. But overall staying was comfortable.

  Good location, but no wi-fi, weak mobile network, and poor services. Do not recommend to stay in East Tower. Other building may have better circumstances.

  Nice affordable hotel. We stayed there one night and was comfortable and clean. They offer you even pijamas! The employees are really nice and they even took care of the wifi pocket we ordered before our arrival. It is located close to the Shinagawa Station (where you can pick easily the Shinkansen, also has a JR office where you can activate the JR Railpass and good connection with other JR/Subway lines. You can book the room online and pay at your arrival. Really recommended for short stops. The area also has a really large variety of restaurants.

  The room is old enough to be a sightseeing spot. It’s so small even applying Tokyo standard. Trust me, I visit Tokyo more then ten times. The air conditioning is basically useless. Only two elevators for the whole building so expect some difficulty in the morning. The breakfast is not bad but it could be very crowded if you have it at rush hours.
