  This hotel has 4 different towers with many rooms. The confirmation email needs to improve the location where we should stop by to check in. 28th floor has strong smoking. Some vent should clean it out. Also, one room needs to clean dust.

  The location is amazing. We stayed in the North Tower. The rooms are small, like really small. About 60cm on the side of the bed and maybe 50cm to the desk at the end of the bed. The bed itself is comfortable and was a queen. The washroom is a like an "all in one" or prefab unit from Toto. Its raised so beware that if you are over 6'1" it may feel a little tight. Breakfast was alright maybe a 3/5. The reason you stay here is the location and easy of access to the trains.

  Here's a disappointing review of that hotel: Disappointing Stay - Dated and Crowded While the location was undeniably convenient, the hotel itself fell short of expectations. The decor felt dated, with old carpets and dim lighting in the hallways. The overall vibe was cramped and a bit unsettling. It wasn't the quintessential Japanese experience I was hoping for. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. They were happy to cancel my reservation and issue a full refund.

  We stayed at the north tower, which is cheaper than the main tower. Rooms were clean and comfortable but rather small. There is breakfast included but it's not very good. There's also a lounge on the top floor where you can get really good coffee and soft drinks throughout the day. There is a gym nearby but it doesn't belong to the hotel and you have to pay 2800 yen for 2 hours/1800¥ for 1 hour.

  DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A CLEAN ROOM. -Overpriced -Messy and overbooked -Smell of smoke filling in the room -Service was unhelpful -Not a lot of restaurants surrounding it To sum up this hotel is overpriced, overpopulated and super messy When we first arrived, it gave a nice impression. The building looked amazing and had a staggering presence but suddenly the room was overbooked and we were moved to a smoking room. This would have been fine if we didn’t have kids but when we got in the elevator and went up to our floor. The smell of cigarettes and smoke just engulfed us. The view was nice and all that but the smell of cigarettes were unbearable and when we made the people at the hotel know our problem with the smell. He landed us a spray bottle and asked us to spray the room with an air freshener. Which was not helpful. After that we went down to grab a meal but almost all of the restaurants in the hotel were fully booked. Outside the hotel, almost all the restaurants were full. We managed to settle down by waiting a one hour wait for our first meal here. This hotel is not visitor friendly. It doesn’t accommodate for all of its customers and doesn’t make a great hotel. Equipment is old but not a huge problem for us
