    I heard from a relative that the gastroscopy at other hospitals (about 3 locations) was very painful, so I decided to go here, which has a good reputation for gastroscopy. There was nothing painful about it, I fell asleep in no time, and before I knew it, it was over (lol) It was very helpful that there was anesthesia available for people who drove themselves. The teacher's explanations were very thorough and it was easy to understand because he wrote them down on paper. The nurses and staff were all very nice.

    First of all, I would like to thank the doctors and nurses who have been supporting us since the beginning of the year. Arrived at 13:00, left without any guidance "before reception", left until after 2:00 p.m. It was hard to stand, but I have no choice but to endure it. I thought it was too terrible, The reception clerk ``I'll have to wait for more than three hours,'' and I told them I was sick and wanted to sleep in my car, but ``I have to stay near the reception area,'' and ``Since everyone was coming in without reservations, they couldn't accommodate me either. I'm going to the hospital, I don't know the situation, but... And above all, as we waited for more than an hour at the reception desk and listened to people laughing and talking for an hour, we thought, "Don't be silly!" I thought. I was left in front of the reception desk, and when I thought I was finally there, it took 3 hours. When I looked behind me, I saw someone who clearly looked sicker than me. No matter how good the teachers are, If the entrance is like this, other people will feel sorry for you. Distribution of numbered tickets, presentation of waiting times, etc. Isn't there an easy way to respond with just a piece of paper? Please at least be careful about what you say. (Looking at the waiting line at the reception desk, calling people things like that, not responding to questions in a polite manner that makes it sound like they're stroking and smiling, etc.) It's a shame because my mother had hip surgery at this hospital and the doctors and nurses were very nice and I trusted her.

    The mat is too thin. The employees are yelling insults in the hallway, so I can hear everything. The office staff talks to patients while their legs are tied up during the hospital admission procedure. There's no end to the number of things I can give away. Uncomfortable. In the summer, it's hot because the air conditioner cannot be adjusted. I don't want to give any stars. I don't want to be hospitalized again.

    I bought a large white bag with a zipper and brought it with me to put the things I would need when I was hospitalized, but when I was discharged from the hospital, the bag was not there. I did have a smaller black bag with a zipper, but... When I made the payment, I asked the office staff, and the reply from the 3rd floor was that they did not have that item. The doctor told me that my symptoms would subside in about a week to 10 days, so I left the bag in my private room thinking I would use it again when I was discharged from the hospital. Due to the coronavirus, we are unable to meet normally, so we only do laundry and change missing items on the 1st floor. I have never been given a bag or taken it home without permission. Apparently it was lost in the hospital. Is this the end of this response without a word of apology? Although the patients were well cared for by the doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and other staff, they still have doubts and feelings of discomfort regarding the hospital's response and management.
