  This ryokan is amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very nice, understanding, and accommodating. Although they didn't speak much English, important information could still be understood. Service was amazing. The food was incredible and unlike anything I have ever eaten before. Expect to be well fed! The rooms and accommodations were amazing. As an American it was a great opportunity to stay at a traditional ryokan and sleep on the floor and such. I cannot recommend this ryokan enough. Even if you are not a Girls und Panzer fan, this is a great place to stay.

  This is where I stayed during my recent trip to Oarai. ・The room was very clean and comfortable. ・Of course the sashimi and rice for dinner are delicious, Among them, the Hitachi beef stone grill was more delicious than I could have imagined. The tofu and natto for breakfast are also very delicious. ・There's a bus stop nearby, so it's very convenient for people who are planning to go to a shrine or an aquarium. ・I feel that it is very important to move Darjeeling-sama inside the entrance after locking the door at night. ・The next time I go to Oarai, I would like to stay here again.

  i had only breakfast course. so didnt know about dinner course. it was cheap and clean ryokan. staff was kind, room was large. and many darjeeling goods impressed me. kawaii.

  Great food, great service, and great rooms. The Girls und Panzer plan is a great one too. Located right in the middle of a Girls und Panzer pilgrimage too, so you're right in the middle of the good stuff.
