  The hotel did a circuit and electrical checking today. My family and I felt surprised to see those hotel staff appear in our room when we was back in the room for getting my scarf. We didn’t even know why a group of people entered our room without informing previously. We book 2 nights for 2 rooms on 4/17-19 so we haven’t left and either checked out yet. I don’t think the hotel staff wouldn’t respect the guests’ privacy. We have been traveling in Japan more than 20 times, It’s my very first experience 😅😩

  we went here only at the Hotel Lake view restaurant. The place looks so luxurious and the food is extra delicious. I also commend the service that they had. They accommodate us well even though we are foreigners. The ambiance and the design of the place is really so cool. i love it.

  Excellent location and good rooms. Food also goog
