::By result of blood and ultrasound examination i was told that my thyroid is fine (which is so-not-true). I appreciate doctor’s effort but same time I cant understand reason for such disinformation. Update: Finally at another clinic i was diagnosed with subacute thyroiditis which caused pain in backside of neck and head, muscle constrictions, fever condition and pain in throat. Its a 5th endocrinologist i visited. I told all the symptoms to Saiseikai internist-endocrinology doctor but he said theres no chance thyroid gland causing that.

::My mother was hospitalized and even after being discharged from the hospital, I have been taking care of her through rehabilitation. I have seen rehabilitation at various hospitals, but I feel that the level of care here is very high. Also, every time I go, everyone gives me encouragement, and my mother says, ``I'm so grateful and it gives me energy.'' It seems that it not only rehabilitates the body but also the mind.

::The hospital management system is terrible. Perhaps this is a measure against the coronavirus, but Otaru City Hospital allows visitors to visit in the hospital room for 30 minutes every day with a reservation from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., while Saiseikai only allows visitors for 20 minutes twice a week from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. When my mother, who had terminal cancer, was readmitted to the hospital, I tried to go straight into the hospital room, but she told me that it was not visiting time and that I would have to come during visiting time from 2:00 pm. I think this bureaucratic response is a problem with the hospital's management system, since the nurses at the site probably don't have discretionary authority. I'm surprised at the old-fashioned response even though the coronavirus has reached Category 5.

::Currently in the hospital for hemorrhoid surgery. I went to the outpatient clinic twice before surgery. Everyone is responding well. The attending doctor and the nurse in charge are smiling and kind. They also provide thorough explanations before and after the surgery while answering questions. As for the food, it's hospital food (-_-) It's neither delicious nor bad. He came several times on the night of the surgery. I had to put up with the pain, but when he went around, he called out to me, and I ended up getting painkillers (^_^) I was posting this while drinking tea at day rule.

::What's even better is that the medical questionnaire can be filled out on a tablet. There is an outpatient clinic that specializes in hands, which has helped me a lot. The treatment is also accurate. For example, when injecting xylocaine into the palm of the hand, some plastic surgeons used a visual guide, but here we do it by looking at echo images.
