  I had a fixed term deposit that had matured, but I had lost my passbook, so I came here to have the money deposited into my regular savings account, so I brought the form that was in the instructions and went through the procedure.Why? I was told that it would take a month to verify my account. Before requesting here, I consulted another post office with just the information sheet, but at that time I was told that it would be done right away, so I went to another post office again to try it out, and it took 20 minutes. He did it for me. The staff here are incompetent

  It's a local post office, so I often come to the post office to make payments and request delivery after purchasing postal stamps, and both the male and female staff are very courteous.Also, when I leave, I come to the counter. Thank you to all the staff who come to the station ⚡ I can say with confidence that this is a great post office for local people too 😀 I'm sure there are various hardships every day, but the post office will continue to be rooted in the local community.   I ended up paying a lot more due to the staff's lack of knowledge. It's strange that everyone who was there didn't know what they could easily tell by looking at the post office's website, and it took too much time to find out. Moreover, the male station staff had the worst attitude, saying he was just investigating the customer without even listening to what he had to say. We're looking into it because we don't know, so let's just say we're sorry for keeping you waiting.
