::What happened on June 22nd I am in Ishikawa Prefecture. I couldn't receive the package I requested, and for some reason I received several calls from Ayase Post Office regarding the package.When I returned the calls, the operator who answered the phone said that I should call the Ishikawa Post Office. I was told this in a mocking manner. This is the first time I've ever been told something like this when I returned a phone call. If you're going to say that, I'd like the Ishikawa Post Office to say so. I felt very uncomfortable even though I thought that since they were calling from across the Ayase Post Office, there was something wrong with them as well. No matter how you look at it, the operator's training is insufficient, so please prepare someone who can handle the situation better.

::Ever since Ebina's postal delivery operations were integrated into the Ayase Bureau, the level of delivery staff has dropped tremendously.
