::I had a fixed term deposit that had matured, but I had lost my passbook, so I came here to have the money deposited into my regular savings account, so I brought the form that was in the instructions and went through the procedure.Why? I was told that it would take a month to verify my account. Before requesting here, I consulted another post office with just the information sheet, but at that time I was told that it would be done right away, so I went to another post office again to try it out, and it took 20 minutes. He did it for me. The staff here are incompetent

It's strange that everyone who was there didn't know what they could easily tell by looking at the post office's website, and it took too much time to find out. Moreover, the male station staff had the worst attitude, saying he was just investigating the customer without even listening to what he had to say.
