  Simple room with a very reasonable price as it also comes with a basic complimentary breakfast. Given the fact that Iga is not a common tourist destination, the room seems to be not inhabited for a while and needed to be refreshed by using the air conditioner. The room offers good view of the Iga-ueno Castle and the city. Although the train noise from the adjoining track maybe slightly annoying, it only runs 1-2 trains per hour so its fine. Speaking of the traffic, train services is relatively not convenient for the nearest Nishiote Station as some services would only embark at Ueno-shi Station.

  I often visit this hotel for business trips. The rooms are clean, and the staff provides excellent hospitality. They offer complimentary breakfast (with a small charge), and dinner is also available. The Train Station is less than 50 meters so convenient if you are coming by train. Overall, it's a good hotel when compared to the other two hotels nearby.

  Very convenient location at Iga Mie, Nishiote station. Just a nice walk away to toyota rent a car as well! It was very well equipped as a hotel with a spectacular breakfast, good functional rooms and a own onsen. Worth the price and the visit there. But best is the service that we experienced during our 3 nights there. The staff was on hand to help us if there was any trouble and the person at the front desk (Sorry we did not get your name) would always call us to give us our complimentary drinks as we opted into the eco cleaning option. Would definitely recommend if you want to visit the Ninja City of Iga!

  Comfortable hotel that is showing its age just a bit, but still quite pleasant. The delicious dinner menu at the restaurant is only 1000 yen for a set that includes about 8 choices of entrees. I could easily see Iga Ueno Castile from my window and there is a convenience store less than a two-minute walk down the street.

  Excellent customer service. I've lost jr pass in Nagoya station, and receptionist called both the station and jr to see if it was found. Greatly appreciated as I don't speak Japanese. Also the breakfast was really good, compared to other inexpensive Japanese hotels.
