  Decent hotel. Staff speaks English very well. The room is a nice size. It's obviously old so don't expect modern. Fridge keeps things cool (tip: the center shelf can actually freeze your drinks. put drinks on the bottom). There are outlets located at the desk, one at the headboard of the bed, and one near the door. Probably more outlets in the bathroom but I don't remember. The desk outlet has a multi plug but I didn't use it since my 4 port charger is too heavy and too big. Internet is decently fast. Could get a bit slow in the morning but rest of the day is fine. I got 9th floor. Not sure where the noise is coming from but I hear a lot of slamming noises (maybe neighbor or at the laundry on 10th floor). Walls aren't sound proof but enough to drown some of the noise. Location is perfect, near ueno park, ninja museum, and next to train stations. Price is reasonable. Other reviewers said you can't control the temperature. I think that's wrong. Was able to change how hot the air is, but I don't know if you can do cold air. I put it to 15C and was only getting room temperature air blowing. Downsides: I wish they replace the pillows as it's very hard and only includes 1. I had to put my clothes under the pillow to raise it and to give some sort of softness to it. Maybe I should have asked front desk to give me a second pillow. Also, mattress is old, And blankets have small stains. For an old, quiet town, this place is reasonable and not as bad as other reviewers claim to be. Just don't expect a new room.

  WiFi 超低速 Drive me crazy by it’s Wi-Fi ... It’s highly important to Mention the Wi-Fi in this business hotel is a unbelievable slowwwww........ and in very weak connection. Wish you luck ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

  I forgot my brand new pair of headphones in my room with a few items. They refused to ship it to my country because it was international shipping even when I wanted to pay for it. Very disappointing!

  Actually, this hotel is a nice hotel. However, when I check in on last April (2017), I came with a group which ia most of them are middle age ladies with big sutcases. Our bus couldnot reach until the hotel due to this hotel located at small lane/path not even a small street, besides, there are many hanging electric cable obstacle the bus. So, all of us have to take our Luggage for nearly 300m at the rainy evening.
