  This hotel is one of the legendary hotels in Osaka. This time I stayed in a newly renovated room. The bathroom was very small and the exhaust design was very bad. The afternoon tea in the hotel lounge was very attentive, but the breakfast was average.

  Although the hotel is far from the main tourist areas in Osaka, it worked out very well for us. It’s in a quiet location, just 10 minutes from Osaka Station using the hotel’s shuttle service. Service at the Presidential Towers was exceptional, everyone was efficient and polite, they have multinational staff, so communication in your own language is easy. Amenities in the room were of good quality, food presentations at the club were enjoyable, although they were the same every single day of our 4 night stay. Due to the time difference, those of us who cross from the other side of the world may get hungry at unusual times while in Japan, although there are plenty of dining options at the hotel, room service options were limited, specially after 9:30PM. One night I was suggested to go to the 7/11 at the basement level since there were no restaurants open nor room service available. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, it was a quiet hotel with exceptional service that will stay in my mind for next time I’m in Osaka.

  Have to say we had a great time during our stopover at the Rihga. The check-in was easy and without hassle, even though we were an hour or so early, we were allowed to check-in and our room was made available. The latter was large enough for our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel so much so the next time we’re in Osaka we'll definitely visit.

  The location is a 15 walk from the jr station, with luggage we could not get a taxi. As for food, there are a couple decent options also about 15 minutes away. When checking in, the hotel was overbooked and we were told that the room we had was temporary and the next day we had to come back around 1pm to change rooms. We had to alter plans to accommodate this. The room we were moved to has construction right next door from 11-5 and we could not switch. Keep in mind that this construction throughout the hotel goes till March 2025. Not only this, we have to switch room keys again tomorrow morning for some reason. The staff is reasonably helpful but this stay has been very very inconvenient. The rooms are difficult to maneuver with luggage and are average. Keep this in mind when booking.

  Good hotel with old rooms. They are going thru construction so I hope next time it would be more modern. Staff and the lounge is very nice with a scenic wall while you have coffee. Pros: amenities are very nice. There's a 7/11 in the basement and the building connects to the train. There's a lot of shops in the basement. Con: rooms are extremely dated. It was bigger than I expected but still dated. The room gets extremely hot and the only way to sleep is to turn the air purifier on all night. Air Con dial next to the bed only made the room hotter. No coffee and only a electric kettle in room but there is a 7/11. Overall I enjoyed the stay but might wait until Reno is complete.
