  Best Hotel I've been in my 2 weeks in Japan (including Osaka, Nara, Kyoto and Tokyo). Staff was really kind and nice, excellent goods with plenty of "extras" available at the reception. Very nice room with excellent bed, excellent TV service (lack of international TV channels, sadly... but being able to see how crowded or not was the restaurant or checking the laundry availability without the need of leaving our room was really cool). There's a metro station right next the hotel and fortunately enough, 90% of our metro trips were exactly on that line. Everything was very clean, bathroom was not as tiny as usual in Japan. Breakfast was also very good and staff was lovely. Really recommend this one.

  Bit of a let-down. Was expecting a bit more from a hotel of this calibre, but just a few things sunk it low. Good part is its quiet. It's located right next door to the entrance of an underground metro station. But honestly I think that's all it really has going for it. No bedside table, which was really irritating! Had to use the top of the bed head to put medication and water bottle etc, as well as the plug outlets were so loose my charger kept falling out after half a minute unless I held it in with my hands! *see video attached* There's no in-room safe. The fridge is barely cold. Housekeeping policies are a bit of a mess and not clear enough at all. Check-in procedure was very confusing speaking to front desk staff for passport verification, and policy signing, but then being directed to self check-in machines right next to the desk to complete it and scan your room card was very strange. I slept fairly well, but I don't think I would stay here again.

  Staff was friendly and helpful. Surprised, Surprised. My floor was equipped with vending machines, ice maker and microwave. Nice. While you can do your laundry at several selected floors also. Totally helpful and convenient.

  Amazing hotel with incredible service, buffet breakfast and great location, with several stations and shops in close proximity. Service - Staff has gone above and beyond to help. I was greeted in English, Chinese and Japanese by the same receptionist, which made everything easier to understand. I want to extend my thanks for the hospitality. I was also late to pick up laundry and staff collected and even folded it for me! Food - The buffet breakfast has great selection and variety. Really enjoyable and pricing is very reasonable. Only feedback is more vegetables. Rooms were good and spacious. Overall very satisfied.

  There is a subway station exit right beside the hotel door. The station is Yodobashi and exit 6 in the station has elevator if you have large suit-cases otherwise use the stairs. Both stars and elevator will take you to 10m of the hotel door. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room size is good, large for japanese standards. At the eleven floor there is a room with ice machine and microwave available for all guests for free and a vending machine a little bit expensive compared to the one in the streets. The hotel is not in a busy area like the surroundings of Glico Sign, this is why we choosed it, but it is a few subway stations from those sites.
