  I booked this hotel after reading all the reviews. Admittedly this is a bit out of the way compared with hotels directly at shinsaibashi but the subway entrance was so close it made up the difference anyway. There are two convenience store across the road from the hotel so easy access to the large selection of alcohol for late night drinks and snacks in the hotel room. Also the room are relatively spacious for this type of hotels in Japan. Service was faultless and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Stayed for a week here and it’s mostly satisfied. It’s close to the train station and quite central to everything in Osaka. There was one night the room wasn’t properly cleaned and the replaced pillow was dirty. It could be a bit noisy at nights if someone next door come back late or have kids.

  Amazing! Huge thanks from Sydney, Australia for this great hotel. Room was big for Japanese style hotels, clean, fully stocked and there's even free bottled water at reception. Everything is close by including the train station, supermarket and convenience stores like 7/11 and Lawson. This hotel made our first trip in Osaka memorable.

  Fantastic service! We don't speak Japanese and the staff helped us get a taxi and even asked the driver if they accepted credit cards as a form of payment. It was a small gesture, but it shows the excellent service they provide you if you ask politely. The room is extremely clean and the bed is very comfortable.

  Highly recommended. Full set of amenities were provided. I especially appreciated the fabric odour spray (coats and clothes can get stinky if you eat at Izakayas here) and modern, clean laundry machines which used its own detergent. All we had to do was put the clothes in the machines and wait 2 hours, cost about 600 yen. The bathroom is spacious and the shower water pressure was really strong. It even had a bathtub. The room is modern, simple and well cleaned. The staff and their service were friendly. For example, we arrived at the hotel a few hours early and they were happy to keep our luggage for us while we went to find lunch. We came back just before the check in time and they checked the status of our room for us and let us into the room. The hotel offers free sealed bottles of mineral water at the lobby and this was very helpful, as we can take one before and after we go sightseeing. Overall I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
