  The single room I stayed in looked a bit old, but it was very clean and tidy. Would be good if better illumination is provided at the wardrobe area.

  Inadequate aggressive staff. They speak zero English, unable to explain what is going on. Touching people, grabbing their luggage, damaging items. ABSOLUTE HORROR!!!

  I stay here once a month for work for a night or two, staff here are really nice and super helpful! The rooms are pretty standard hotel rooms, but nice and modern and clean. There’s also a common room/laundry room on the 6th floor which has a bunch of useful gear inside. The rooms all have free Wi-Fi and tv and fridge and whatnot. Honestly just a good value nice hotel with great staff in a good location. My only criticism is that I had a smoking room, or an old smoking room, last time which didn’t smell great. Lots of places to eat etc in the area and it’s like 1 min from the local subway, so pretty easy to get around.

  We have a great stay at the hotel thanks to the hotel providing air bag service, we were able to buy lot of plushes and shopping. No worry of luggage space

  Stayed here prior to our cruise. Excellent business hotel, staff professional and attentive. Spoke great English. Quick check-in and out. Receptionist lady helped me bring 5 heavy bags to my room. Anything you could imagine you need already in room or can pickup at the lobby. Large room with sofa. Very quiet. Self laundry room onsite. Close to shopping and restaurants. Two thumbs up!
