::An Italian restaurant that only serves course meals. Since it is connected to a hot spring facility, I visited it after taking a bath. I ordered A Lunch's special Neapolitan. The lineup includes salads, breads, juices, pasta, and sweets. The pasta was delicious with chewy noodles and a mellow mix of cheese.

::A village farm that I stopped by while sightseeing in Azumino? An Italian restaurant with a hot spring facility. It's winter season and there's a fireplace, so it's stylish. The pasta for the main dish was delicious, as was the dolce. I want to go again. 😋 The staff were also very kind.

::Visited for lunch. GW everywhere was full and coincidentally there was an empty space, so I went in without expecting much. Even though it's not crowded, I notice that they don't clear away the dishes of the previous customers. There are only two courses on the menu. The vegetables are delicious. . The desserts were absolutely delicious. It was a pity that he didn't come after me even though my water glass was empty.

::This was my first visit to Radice, which I had been curious about as I had passed by it many times while running. The bright, glass-enclosed store has plenty of natural light, giving it a refreshing feel, and a modern Scandinavian wood-burning stove creates a stylish atmosphere. I took a seat at a table by the window and ordered a lunch for 1,680 yen. First of all, I was surprised by the beauty of the salad that was served! Excellent taste in both color and presentation. And there's a good amount. The dressing is definitely homemade and very delicious. Personally, I don't like restaurants that treat salad as just a garnish and ignore it, but this restaurant's salad is a solid dish, and it's wonderful. I found out later that the chef is a certified vegetable sommelier, so I was satisfied. There are three types of pasta to choose from, but I chose the mackerel and dried tomato oil pasta. The peperoncino gives it a strong spiciness, the pine nuts and breadcrumbs add crunch, and the oil sauce is packed with the flavor of the mackerel and sun-dried tomatoes, making it very satisfying. Scoop it up with a baguette and eat it perfectly. Dolce also had a wonderful marriage of jiggly texture, crunchy texture, ice cream, and fruit in the mouth, and I was especially impressed by how even the crispy texture came together. There are various drinks to choose from, but of course apple juice is 100%. It was a wonderful shop that didn't cut corners in everything. I'm sure I'll be visiting again soon to find such a great store in my neighborhood. One thing to note about the Google Maps ratings is that the ratings for Radi Cheszune and the Japanese restaurant called Ohiroma Suzune, which is located within the same facility, are lumped together. Therefore, the number of stars may seem low at first glance, but when you go there, you will find such a high quality shop! I think you will be surprised.

::I heard that the Italian restaurant in the hot spring facility "Suzumushi-so" is popular for lunch, so I went there. You can choose from three types of colorful and eye-pleasing salads and pasta made with local vegetables. It was carefully made and had a gentle seasoning that our family liked. I would like to repeat it again.
