  I used it for takeout the other day. The chicken ham was definitely delicious! But overall, it feels like one star. I first used it on Sunday, and there were 3 staff members including the kitchen when I entered the store, but there was no "welcome". I wonder what's going on, the atmosphere is so bad. When I asked her, she said, ``Are you so busy that you're annoyed?'' When I asked for takeout chicken ham, I was told, ``There are 12 new customers above me, so it will take some time!'' (Well, it doesn't matter to us how many new customers you have.) I thought to myself, I didn't want to talk anymore, and realistically I couldn't wait an hour, so I just bought some wine. This time I visited again in the afternoon on a weekday. When I entered the store, there was no stable greeting. When I ordered a take-out item, they said, ``It will take a little while because we have 4 new people.'' (I don't need that kind of thing!!) They said it would take about 10 minutes, so I decided to kill time elsewhere and watch the time. I visited again, and when I entered the store, there was no greeting from Stable, no, I was completely aware of it, right? After a while, he turned to me and said, "Ah, yes!"... Huh? ? ? The accounting was relatively polite, but when I took a bite in the car, it was delicious! ! But I won't go there again (^^) When I talked to my wife after I got home, she said, ``Well, like before, I don't know if you're busy or not motivated, but if you feel like that, you should stop taking out takeout.It's true that the food I ate today was delicious, but I don't feel well anymore.'' "Shi". I also agree. If the customer service is good, I will come back again and again, even if the taste is a little inferior. I don't know if the person in the kitchen is the manager, and the hall staff may be part-time workers.When I went there on Sunday, all three of them were extremely low-level for the customer service industry, including their language and demeanor.

  I came back to Yanagimachi Street, which I liked last time. This time, “Hasumi Far & Winery Cafe” The ``fermented plates'' are from a shop down the street, or made using ingredients, and the quantity is generally small.It's a calming interior and nice presentation, but I wonder if the shop is my colleague? part-time job? I'm sorry that the voice yelling could be heard all the way to the second floor, making you feel unbearable.

  Nice place for lunch on Yanagimachi Street in Ueda. The one-plate lunch was very tasty with fresh salad, pickled vegetables, homemade ham and a soup. We chose ice coffee as a set drink, but you can also get a glass of wine with your meal. No issues with slow service or small portion size like some other commenters had mentioned. Would gladly eat here again.

  It was very delicious, but the amount was too small to eat for lunch. A dessert set is attached to a plate with various fermented foods. Since the vegetables are fresh and fermented, you can eat them without feeling guilty. Everything was delicious. However, I don't think the plate alone is enough in terms of quantity. I think it would be nice to have 1 slice of bread instead of 1/2 slice. The chocolate gateau for dessert was very rich and filling, and it filled my stomach. The shop is located on Yanagimachi-dori, a street full of the atmosphere of a castle town. It's fun to walk around.

  Really, really slow service. But the food was not bad.
