  The hotel is so is not very modern, however, everything is included. Even the things you have never thought about, e.g. ice cube. The service was excellent, although the staff May have difficulty to understand your language. They try so hard to help.. your room must be and everything was ready.lily done. We had a present stay in this hotel with the very excellent breakfast service . I would like to come here again and would recommend any of you to come experience this warm welcoming service.

  We had a bad tyre incident and opted to stay at this hotel, which is nearby, for the night. Thanks very much to the reception for being patient with us and helping us with all the calls to the agencies to help out.

  The hotel room was very dirty. Mold in the walls of the bathroom, Hair stuck to the bathroom walls, what appeared to be dried blood on the bed sheets, dirty handprints on the lamp shade. The room did seem to have been cleaned in quite some time. The room was so bad I decided not to stay and drove back to Iwakuni the same day cutting my vacation short. I would not recommend this hotel.

  The hotel is nice, yet the wifi is a bit slow. They have triple, double and single room with meals options(extra paid required). I think it's good for business trips, but for tourists then I'm not so sure, probably no.

  It was a nice hotel. The beds are very uncomfortable. We were a bit disappointed at the requirement to pay for pool use. Parking was free, decent location for walking to malls and stores. The hotel and shop staffs were very nice and pleasant to foreigners. The breakfast photos had more breakfast options than actuality. We will probably look for another hotel next time we visit Oita.
