::The sewage system is smelly so if you don't shut the basin for the sink and bathtub it will smell bad (even if you cover it the smell is still there, just not so bad). Staff were friendly and rate was reasonable

::It’s nice play to stay. It’s really near from Sapporo Station. And if you want to buy snacks, 7 Eleven is just next door away.

::We stayed our second day and had a warm welcome staff was really friendly and the breakfast they served was superb as well especially the strawberry jam and the cinnamon rolls room may feel a little bit compact but other than that it was a superb place

::The location is superb, being close to Sapporo Station ,Tokeidai and the red brick old government building of Hokkaido. The Botanical Garden and Hokkaido University as well as the famous sweet/dessert shop of 北菓楼 are all within walking distance. The services are also great, all staff are helpful and efficient. Rooms are very small but are quiet, clean (with daily cleaning), and well equipped with good wifi and hot/water supply , shampoo/soap, blow dryer, fridge, flat screen tv and slippers. The breakfast is great too! Although there is only hard boiled eggs, soup and bread, they are all delicious. The breads are freshly baked and with variety every day. I like their sausage pastry and green tea buns the best (with strong taste of green tea!).
