Negative: Lack of Amenities for ladies. Only one pillow per bed/person. Room is spacious but a bit old. Faucet leaking. Positive: Free access lougue in 30 min. Location near subway entrance and convinence store. Staff is friendly and willing to help.

Great value for money, friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, conveniently located, epic buffet breakfast, and a self-service drink lounge. Couldn't ask for anything more! The carpark was a little pricey, but it's downtown Sapporo; can't be helped. We will definitely stay here again.

What a delightful hotel! I usually stay at another hotel in Sapporo but its location is not great so this time I decided to try something new. The service for the reasonable price was fantastic and the value for money is excellent. My room was very spacious for one with a great view of downtown Sapporo. The room and bathroom were both of course very clean. I liked the amenities near reception and was able to enjoy a relaxing bath with the provided yuzu bath salt. The location is also excellent. It's within reach of both Susukino and Odori. It's also close to Nijo Market and the bus station. If you don't mind walking a little further, you can use the nearby underground walkway to walk all the way to Sapporo Station too. I loved the self-service cocktail bar in the evening, thought it was a really nice touch and a lovely way to relax. I was so impressed with this hotel that I have already booked my next stay. :) I think it might be my new favourite hotel in Sapporo!

This time I made a reservation with biggest room. I think that is the biggest room in Sapporo. The bathroom and bedroom are spacious. But the room light not enough light and car parking lots too small.

Great hotel if you’re on a budget. Really attentive staff. They have all these little surprise amenities. 30 minute free nomihoudai in the lounge every evening. The only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is that there is no thermostat in the rooms, so heat is just being pumped in at random. I’m not Asian so I was sweating all night long. Having the window open is really noisy. Otherwise great hotel.
