::Broth was a bit salty for our liking, service was fantastic, we waited abt 20mins, free upsize which was great, preferred the thin somen compared to the yellow mee, but overall was an ok meal. There were pickles, and other side dishes as well.

::Busy for a reason. Short wait with name on list maybe 5mins. No english menu. Just order the (kara - spicy) miso ramen with Chasiu. So good.

::Amazing tonkotsu ramen and the spicy miso is very good. I suggest getting the aburi char siu. You can request the hardness or softness of the noodles. I recommend the hardest noodles. You can also get a free kaedama, which is an extra serve of noodles.

::Lunch is always crowded.Lunch is free second noodles.Jiro style ramen , oil soba without soup, there are abundant menu.The store clerk is lively, and it is a pretty good shop as a noodle shop. It is maybe No1 in Nagano.
