  I have been to most of the ramen shops in this area, but this year I visited this shop for the first time. In front of Ajito Ramen is a curry shop the This store used to be Kozo Sushi a long time ago. My middle school and high school girls love this red ramen (spicy) and are always the ones who want to go there. Today I visited with my family for the first time in a while. My husband loves this tonkotsu ramen. I tasted the soup and it was very delicious. The owner of the shop is a young man. It felt a little salty. I think the taste is delicious. It wasn't too heavy, so even women and children could eat it without any hesitation, and it had a taste that would appeal to everyone. The aji ramen was topped with menma, chashu, seaweed, and flavored eggs. I think it's wonderful that the flavored egg is on top from the beginning. The char siu wasn't my favorite.
