::I visited because I wanted to get my long-awaited hormone star. It's as delicious as you can imagine. The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads. It's super delicious, but the salt and fat content is definitely not good for your health (^0^;) Still, it's an exquisite ramen that you'll want to eat again. It has become my favorite along with Goharu around here. In addition to Hormone Star, there are lots of other attractive ramen dishes, so I might keep coming here for a while.

::I visited the store several times, but for some reason it always fell on a regular holiday, so I did a thorough investigation this time, took a day off on a business day, and toured around 140km to visit the store. I was on the verge of freezing to death on a motorcycle trip in eastern Hokkaido in October, so I was grateful for the opportunity to visit the store. The inside of the restaurant isn't very spacious, and I get a seat at the far end of the counter, which is close to the entrance door. I had decided to order Tokachi black and fried rice, so I finished ordering quickly and took a look around the store. In the background, Noyusa plays a recorded voice that sounds like ``Thank you, welcome'' mixed with the Blue Hearts and her husband's song at a fairly loud volume. A note on the wall says, ``Shop owner, you can't hear anything due to the noise of the ventilation fan.'' By the way, the husband was cooking in the kitchen wearing a hat that looked like a straw hat or a ten-gallon hat. When the ramen and fried rice arrived, it was a bit of a culture shock. The Tokachi black ramen had a tamari soy sauce base that covered it with fat, and the short, thick, curly noodles were dyed in a dark color reminiscent of yakisoba. I felt that the fishmeal flavor was a little too strong, but it had a rich, deep flavor and was definitely delicious. What on earth are the words "Las Vegas" hanging on the bowl? At first glance, fried rice looks like an ordinary fried rice with eggs, but at first it looks gooey, but to be honest, what is it? Did you remove it? That's what I thought, but when I took a bite, I wondered if this was made like risotto using ramen soup. and. It was surprisingly delicious. The lady at the reception seemed a little stiff, but it didn't bother me, and overall it was a high-quality ramen shop that I could see why it has so many loyal fans even among such unique ramen shops. Other than that, for the elderly, I think it would be nice if the BGM volume could be turned down just a little bit.

::Visited the store after descending Mt. Kamuiekuchikaushi. I was sweating a lot on my day trip, so I was looking for a strong ramen restaurant and found it. First of all, there was a Hare parked in front of the store, and was it the owner's favorite car? When I entered the store, the atmosphere was as American as I expected, but I was surprised to hear a parody of Hikari GENJI's Paradise Galaxy. And it's loud. The image of a store from the Showa era. I looked at the menu and ordered Obihiro Black and Toyonishi Beef Hormone. While I was waiting, I ordered 3 online orders and waited over 20 minutes. I imagined the color to be something like Toyama Black, but it has a strong miso flavor and color. It also has a good balance with hormones. I was deficient in salt due to sweating, so I was able to replenish it well. Payment can be made electronically.

I really liked the taste. Next, I would like to try the shrimp ramen or the shijimi soy sauce ramen that Matsuko introduced on TV. I've been going to this restaurant since before it moved, and it seems like the taste is evolving all the time.

The soup is quite rich, so you may not like it or like it, but I was hooked. They have a lot of unique and unique ramen, so it's a shop you'll want to visit again and again. There are plenty of rice dishes, and the fried rice is very delicious. It has quite a voluminous feel, so I recommend it. I appreciate that they offer a variety of payment methods. It's quite crowded at lunchtime, so if you don't have time, we recommend going as soon as it opens!
