::2024.10 Is there any ramen shop on the way home from fishing? I looked for it, read the reviews and stopped by. There is a parking lot for one car in front of the store, and a vacant lot across the alley. I didn't know what would be delicious, so I ordered the Taipei set (tonkotsu ramen + mini fried rice ¥950). Tonkotsu ramen has a super light soup and thick noodles. (A little different than I imagined) Rather than tonkotsu ramen, I think it's closer to Okinawan soki soba. The mini fried rice had a strong pepper taste, and I felt like I wanted a little more flavor.

::Visited around 12:30 on weekdays. It was empty. Payment is by cash only. A traditional Chinese restaurant in Uozumi. This shop is run by Taiwanese mothers. The parking lot is a little far from the store. It looks like there are two locations This time in front of the store I was allowed to park. ■Taipei ramen set A set of Taipei ramen and mini fried rice. ・Taipei Ramen The noodles are chewy It was so delicious~♡ If you make yakisoba with this It must be super delicious! The soup didn't have that much of a pork bone feel. It was quite light. In a simple way It feels rich and deep. The ingredients are simple Only bean sprouts, chashu, and chives. The chashu was a little salty It goes well with light soup. It was quite delicious ♡ This chashu is Serve over white rice with eggs It might be delicious if you add a little chili oil ♡ ・Mini fried rice This one is also light Rich and delicious~♡ The balance of aroma and flavor was great! I ate Taipei Ramen based on pork bone and it was shockingly delicious👍The noodles were chewy and the soup was Although it is relatively light, it has a great richness and flavor✨ You can gulp down the soup. I've eaten various kinds of ramen and it's seriously delicious✨ Good cost performance 👍 However, the char siu was dry and salty, the traditional char siu, which I personally regret. The fried rice also had a good flavor and was delicious without being sticky 👍 The ramen set comes with fried rice ✨ Taiwanese ramen is chicken-based ramen, and the meat is pork belly. I haven't eaten it yet, but I want to try it next time. I would like to see if I can change the pork belly to Taipei Ramen for the next time I visit. Well, you shouldn't have high expectations for the atmosphere and cleanliness. If you can clear that, there will be a long line lol There doesn't seem to be a parking lot, but there seems to be a private parking lot a little further away.
