The beef paitan is very creamy and mild. It is easy to eat and has no odor or taste. However, you can't really taste the flavor and sweetness that is unique to beef bones, so I think it will be unsatisfying for those who place an emphasis on beef bones. There was pepper, mustard greens, fried garlic, and raw garlic on the table, and I added fried garlic, which personally goes really well with it. I topped it with green onions, and although there was a lot of green onions, it wasn't watery or crunchy, and it just had a grassy and bitter taste, so I think it was good to use just the right amount. Although it seemed to have a bit more oil, I personally thought it was better than the other poor Chinese restaurants.
