::Homemade noodle shop, you can choose thick or thin noodles It comes in soy sauce, salt, and miso flavors, and there are sometimes limited editions available. The restaurant has 5-6 counter seats, 1 table seat, and 2 raised tables. We use a meal ticket system, but you can choose to purchase in cash or pay later without cash. This is the first time I've seen a ramen shop like this, and it's surprisingly convenient. When I entered the store, I was surprised to see an open kitchen! Also, it's at the same height as the counter seats, so you can see the cooking process 🤩 This time I had the soy sauce ramen, which had a piping hot soup made from animal-based broth, noodles with whole grains, and low-temperature roasted char siu. I thought everything was quite delicious. This is a store I would like to visit again if I have the next opportunity. Thank you for the meal. Does the owner of this shop do something related to music? And apparently he's a big fan of Mongolia Tanmen Nakamoto!
