::A long time ago, when I had dinner at my parents' house, I often had Miyazushi deliver kamenigiri to me. It's been a long time since my two daughters were able to go back to their parents' home, and I took my elderly mother to eat sushi at Miya Sushi's restaurant! That's what happened. How many years has it been? The sushi toppings were very sweet and delicious, and they were thick and filling. The tempura was crispy and had two shrimps, and the seasonal cod sprout tempura was also delicious. I felt like I was going to burst (lol), but everything was delicious. At the entrance of the store, there is a machine that displays your face for hand disinfection and temperature checks. There are clear boards on the tables and partitions between the tables. The restroom was very nicely renovated and I felt comfortable using it. The set I ate this time, pictured, is 2500 yen. I thought the taste and volume were more than the price.

::Lunch is reasonably priced and always crowded with office workers and housewives! I’m happy that everything comes with chawanmushi 🎵😍🎵 When I visited again for the first time in 3 years... It's still crowded... Even though there are only two people I was taken to the banquet room (^_^;) It's still a 1000 yen lunch! Cospa is amazing! ! Isn't it okay to raise the price a little more? ? ::Umen! This is a local dish from Shiroishi, Miyagi Prefecture. At first glance, it looks like somen noodles, but unlike somen noodles, no oil is used in the manufacturing process, and the length is less than 10 cm. It is said that it is delicious eaten with hot soup or added to miso soup. Umen. In kanji, it means warm noodles. I came to a sushi restaurant and got umen. ●Umen (warm noodles) The ingredients are rock seaweed and wheat gluten. Gentle soup. The noodles are almost somen, but I feel that the flavor is gentler than somen noodles. Side dishes include Inari sushi, stir-fried bitter melon egg, and pickled mustard greens. Mysterious lineup.
