There are many customers, but the turnover is fast. There are 40 seats in total, and there are about 12 chairs lined up as soon as you enter the restaurant, where you sit and wait while looking at the menu. About 5 minutes after entering the store, a staff member came to take our order. After about 5 minutes, we were shown to our seats. Mushaki Red arrived in 45 seconds after sitting down. My order was rich chilled dandan noodles, and even with the time-consuming ``chilled'' method, the bowl arrived in 3 minutes and 15 seconds. Fast! Seat distribution: 2 x 4-person table seats, 2 x 2-person table seats, 2 raised table seats (for 6 people), and 2 6-person tables with a counter across the partition.Use this arrangement to rotate at the fastest speed. ::Any time you can dine with a collection of Dragon Ball Characters is a bonus! I tried a new Konbu (seaweed) ramen flavour today. It was a dipping style ramen (tsukimein). one broth was cold and tasted like seaweed and the other was salty and warm. Both flavours complimented each other. This is a nice summer time ramen. I came across this ramen restaurant in the newspaper for Nagaoka City.
