::The entrance doesn't face the street, so I'm not sure if it's a store or not just because it's a Western-style building. It took me a while to realize that this is such a wonderful French restaurant even though I pass by it often. When I took the plunge and went in by myself, I found it to be a very relaxing hideaway. Although it was a Sunday, there were more regulars, girls' parties, and older couples rather than young couples. That alone shows the depth of the cuisine. You can customize the menu from a variety of choices, or choose from a set menu. The lunch course was a good value. Appetizer, bread or rice, main dish, dessert, and drink cost about 2,000 yen. Although it is casual, the cooking skills are quite good. All the dishes, desserts, and coffee are all delicious. You are sure to get compliments even if you bring your friends.

::This is a store I've been interested in for a while. I had a lunch course on a weekday. The food was delicious and the staff at the restaurant were very nice. There were several people who were alone.

::A Lunch Sauteed young chicken thigh, mushroom cream sauce ¥1243 (change bread to rice) Assorted dessert & drink set ¥825 Lunch petit course ¥1980 (choice of hors d'oeuvre and rice) Main dish changed to E-Ranch duck thigh confit and balsamic sauce +¥550 Petit course, course, full course dessert platter + ¥330 D Lunch Omelet rice with small shrimp and small pillars ¥1243 I received a raspberry (sorbet) for ¥330. Omelet rice is the main dish, so bread is also included. Dinner is currently closed as of May 2023. In addition to course meals, there are several lunch options starting from ¥1,243 that give the impression that it's easy to come here. The rice was small, the desserts were small (however, is this what French cuisine should be like?), and it was a bit of a shame that there weren't many desserts on the menu. The vegetable garnishes are colorful and good. I am satisfied with all the main dishes.

::First visit. I was a little nervous since it's a French restaurant, but the bright interior and courteous customer service made me feel at ease as it was more casual than I expected. I ordered a lunch course that included both hors d'oeuvre and soup. Since you can choose your main dish, I chose duck confit. Hors d'oeuvres include marinated seafood with pink grapefruit and shiso leaves, cod and potato brandade, and meat pate. I was surprised at how well grapefruit and perilla go together! The patty was also rich and satisfying to eat. The soup is pumpkin soup. Most pumpkin soups are too sweet, so I don't really like drinking them, but Hachette's was less sweet, so it was very easy to drink and delicious. The main dish, the duck confit, was so tender that you didn't need a knife, and it came off the bone easily with a little knife. It was juicy and delicious without any odor. Everything I ate was delicious, the restaurant's atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and approachable, so I was very satisfied with my lunch. I've added more favorite stores! I heard that they are closed for dinner, so I will come back for lunch!

::Hors d'oeuvres at the end of 2022 This is Hachette's New Year's hors d'oeuvre for the fourth consecutive year. I don't think the menu changes each time because it's for three people, but no matter what you order, it's elaborate and truly delicious. My companion especially loves the American sauce, and I love the beef cheeks braised in wine. I think the cost performance is also high. Since I started ordering this, I don't have to worry about the extra osechi, and I've decided to order this again next year. 2022.11 On my second visit, I stopped by for lunch. This is delicious no matter what you eat! Today's "fish of the day" is grilled red sea cucumber, salmon, and scallops served with butter lemon sauce. The pumpkin soup, salad, astringent chestnut pudding, and strawberry ice cream were all delicious. For lunch with my companion, we had an appetizer, salad, rillettes, marinated seafood, and the main dish was an omelette with Americana. Each of these items was carefully made and cannot be described in words. The baguette is also delicious♪ I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that it's the best Western restaurant in Nagaoka. Unfortunately, it's only open for lunch, so I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.
