::Very close to JR train station and the market. Location is awesome. Morning market is only 1 min away. Room is descent. Small but not too small. Inexpensive. With laundry room & microwave. Super convenient. Love it very much.

::It's a good choice for my travel group, especially since my child could stay for free, great value for money. Although the hotel is a bit dated, the room is well-maintained, and the cleanliness is at a decent level. The twin beds consist of two super single beds, which are larger than those in many other standard Japanese hotels. The room size is also quite good. We were driving, but the parking at the premises was full that day. However, this wasn't an issue since we used our car most of the time during the day, and overnight parking next to the hotel costs only 500 yen. The service staff were friendly as well.

::Premier twin room is very excellent. Spacious, convenient, and elegant. The shower head and the hair dryer are superb. And there are a variety of amenity. In addition, the breakfast is unforgettable. The seafood item is few, but the other choices are excellent. The dishes here are the best i had in Hakodate. Ice cream, omelet, bacon, and burgers are highly recommended.

::Aircon does work in our room, looks machine is turn on, but temperature doesn’t have any adjustment. we regulate we did not tell the reception staff. Room is quite small compared the hotel nearby, we are 173cm and 180cm, the legs Longer than the bed.🛏️ ( checked the another people reviews, we are not only one has this problem. very disappointing experiences staying in here. ) Only like here for the good reason is very close the station.

::Very nice location , right opposite of JR station. Highly recommend to stay especially during winter time, so you no need to drag ur luggage on the snow for long distance. They offer free coffee and hot soup at lobby too. Try their mocha! I love it! They gave kid slipper for my kid, really lovely!
